Welcome to our farm in the Southern Highlands, where we offer you the opportunity to enjoy farm-fresh beef and whole lamb meat directly from us at High Range Livestock.


Our beef and lambs are raised in a stress-free environment, with plenty of open space and fresh air. We take great pride in producing healthy, grass fed, high-quality beef and lamb.


By purchasing directly from our farm, you can be sure that you are getting the freshest meat possible, straight from our pastures to your plate. 


We include a range of different cuts, from roasts to chops, as well as shanks and sausages.


Along with the busy life of livestock and crop farming, our sister family farm produces the best vino and spirits in the highlands or should we say country, Artemis Wines!


Whether you are a food or vino lover, a chef, or simply someone who appreciates the taste of fresh, locally-sourced produce, we invite you to come and try all that we offer.

We're two best mates who have rolled up our sleeves, pulled on our work boots and jumped right in to give our dream of farming a go!

Over the past few years we, along with our young families, have been working together nurturing our beautiful farm to produce high quality products.

Our children grow up witnessing the beauty of nature and the importance of sustainable farming practices.
